About Grow Into More

“Every moment of one’s existence is growing into more or retreating into less. One is always living a little more or dying a little bit.” — Norman Mailer

Grif Sadow, CPCC, PCC, founded Grow Into More in 2006. His initial vision was to help individuals grow into more by looking at where they were and planning where they wanted to be. Grow Into More has since applied Grif’s vision into an ever-expanding practice:

2007 — Became a coach’s coach, training and educating coaches and coaching students, helping them achieve a new level of mastery.

2008 — Began leadership development work and developed an even more global client base.

2010 — Created business partnerships that enable us to serve organizations, including an even larger and more diverse clientele.

2011— Introduced the United States to the Release Coaching Method, a cutting-edge technique developed in Belgium to help individuals and organizations move past their barriers to become even more engaged, productive and successful, personally and professionally.

Assess. Achieve. Sustain.

At Grow Into More, we believe effective coaching and consulting requires us to work with you or your organization through these three steps:

Assess. Be aware of yourself, your needs and your path.

Achieve. Work diligently to reach your goals.

Sustain. Remain committed to maintaining a high level of awareness and accomplishment.

These three steps underscore all our work, and we are proud of our clients’ growth from our joint efforts. Whether you are an individual, coach or organization, contact us to see how we can help you Grow Into More.
